October 14, 2024 food was delicious. The butternut squash raviolis were really good. This is one of my favorite restaurants to come to when I’m in Queens.

After a family service, a very large gathering came to Barosa to celebrate the life of Gabriel Falsetta, a great man! The food was great, the staff was excellent. Very comforting towards our family! Thank you, Barosa!

After passing this restaurant on my daily commute, I finally had the chance to give it a try—and it did not disappoint. The baked clams were fresh, clean, and incredibly flavorful. The calamari was perfectly crispy, accompanied by a delicious marinara sauce. We ordered a few of their entrees, but the standout was the pork chop pizzaiola. It was absolutely amazing—one of the best pork chops I've ever had. Thickly cut, juicy, and grilled to perfection on the outside.

There for a meeting and few appetizer. The sauce on the baked clams was amazing and the mussels Barosa was good. Meatball was a little bit tough and the stuffed avocado was tiny. Service was great. Will definitely keep this on my business lunch list.

First time eating here and it won’t be the last. Ordered the Personal Margherita Pie to start. Crust to sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. Ordered two specials for our entrees. I hope they keep the lamb bolognese and shrimp scallop risotto on. Every bite was delicious. To top it all off our server was so kind. The crowd that this establishment draws in is just as much so. Cannot wait to eat here again. Be sure to make a reservation as it is a popular place! (Rightly so!!)

Update: Gave Barosa another chance over the weekend, and I must say I was very impressed with the service and the food! Barosa offers outstanding Italian cuisine, with flavors that transport you to Italy. The dishes are expertly crafted and bursting with authentic tastes, making it a must-visit for any food lover. I ordered the filet of Branzino Frqncese, it was excellent ,the grilled octopus was to die for, OMG next time I'm going to order three as my main meal, the clams were delicious, the shrimp cocktail was outstanding. Everything was so delicious and fresh, service was amazing the waiter was so attentive he was also happy to see that we loved everything. You must go and try for yourself. Well, well, where should I start? Food is ok, portions are small but the food is good and fresh, with that being said, I must then review the service, we waited and hour an half hour for our food to come out, when we asked the waiter, he said there was an accident in the kitchen with our food, so when I asked what had happened, he said our food had been dropped and they had to cook it all over again, at this point I was ready to leave and just pay for our drinks and appetizers, but my husband and my mother in law were starving, so we just decided to wait, we got dessert on the house though. I think this is a chronic issue for them because a few years ago, the same thing happened to us, they either forgot about us, or our order was never submitted. You only Get one chance, that's it! We learned our lesson the hard way today.
